Making sure that an office runs smoothly is no easy feat.  But running an office for a public official deserves an entire course of classes all on its own!

Here at Senator Telo’s Office, you can call these miracle workers by their first names.

These individuals can do anything and everything.  As soon as they step out of their homes in the morning, they flow into a different mode of operation:  keeping the Office of Senator Telo Taitague running like a machine.

From scheduling meetings with constituents, organizing office functions, keeping our equipment and supplies in check to filing and organizing the legislation and literature that has become my life, Windy, Tracy and Roland are instrumental to my success as a Senator.

Their knowledge, background and skill always keep me on track and on time so I can focus on the tough issues affecting our community.  Without these individuals, I’d be lost, late and likely, losing my mind with all the responsibilities and engagements that fill my days.

Windy, Tracy and Roland:  Thank you, I could not help our people without you.

Every good lawmaker has an even better bill writer who has a keen understanding of good policy and has public laws and codes etched in the mind the same way most of us remember how to add and subtract.

As a freshman senator, I was fortunate to bring on a talented gentleman, Mr. Mike Perez.  This individual works closely with my office in developing the policies and legislation that enhance this community and ultimately, the quality of life for all our residents.  This is where the magic of lawmaking happens and where we as public officials carry out our mission to serve our people.

Thank you Mike, I would not be able to carry on this mission without you.

And lastly, but certainly not least, the work of any elected official could not be publicly supported without an adequate communications staff.  With technology, communications and the internet bringing information to constituents on cell phones, text messages and laptops anytime and anywhere, keeping the media up to date about my mission is a full-time job in itself.

From maintaining this Web site, to sending out press releases on my latest legislation, Natalie Quinata and Chris DeCastro keep me on my toes.

Thank you for helping me keep the community aware of the work we do.
